Justin Capp of the King’s Arms, Polebrook has become famous locally for his superb paella. It’s ideal for large parties and is freshly cooked at the table. Now Justin has decided to share his culinary secrets in a paella masterclass, which takes place on Tuesday July 13th, between 7 -8.30pm. For £10 a head, guests will learn the art of making the perfect paella (with either rice or a thin pasta version) while sipping a glass of sangria, and tasting the finished products. “Our first masterclass was fully booked and the reaction has been very positive,” says Justin, who has lived and worked in Spain, where he honed his paella making skills.
